1st Year Advanced Level

• This week, we are going to practise the speaking skill with the monologues and dialogues used in the certification exams last year. Please, photocopy and bring your own copy to class. Download them from here or here.

Important information for all my students:

If you are going to sit for the exams in June and you have not attended classes regularly, contact me as soon as possible by email or in class to book the appointment for the oral exam.

I also remind you that there will be no classes next Thursday, 22nd of May.

2nd Year Basic Level  

• Give directions orally. Add these expressions to your list, click here and here.
• Photocopy given in class to practice "used to"

1st Year Advanced Level

• Write one sentence using the Conditional type 3 for each topic studied this year.
• Page 168, ex. 2, 5.
• Write a book review of around 150 words about: 1st option: "High Fidelity". 2nd option: a book you have read in English. Last option: A book you have read in Spanish. Remember to write at the end of your review, the definition of 20 words you have learnt while reading the book.
• Vocabulary "Environment"
• Listening activity about environmental issues.
•  Type 3 conditionals activity.
